Vivian Hunt DBE
Managing Partner, UK and Ireland, McKinsey & Company

Vivian is the Managing Partner for McKinsey & Company’s office in the United Kingdom and Ireland. She previously led the Pharmaceutical & Medical Products practice in EMEA, and continues to advise leading British and global companies in the private, public and third sectors on a broad range of strategy topics, with a particular focus on performance transformation and organisational development. Vivian currently serves on McKinsey & Company’s global board of directors. She is an expert within the firm on leadership and global talent, frequently speaks on McKinsey & Company's flagship research, and has co-authored publications such as Diversity Matters, Delivering Through Diversity and The Power of Parity.

Judith Mayhew Jonas DBE
Special Advisor to Tishman Speyer and European Trustee of the Urban Land Institute

Judith originally trained, lectured and practised in law, at first in New Zealand and then in London, at Clifford Chance. Her career has also included many distinguished roles in public life: Leader of the City of London Corporation between 1996 and 2004, serving on the board of the London Development Agency and Chairing of The Independent Schools Council. From 2003 to 2008 Judith was also Chair of The Royal Opera House and has also been Chair of New West End Company and London & Partners and has been on the boards of Merrill Lynch, The Natural History Museum and The Imperial War Museum.

Alison Nimmo CBE
Chief Executive, The Crown Estate

Alison is CEO of The Crown Estate – a £13bn real estate business. Previous to this role Alison spent 8 years on bidding and then delivering the “big build” for the London Olympic & Paralympic Games as Director of Design and Regeneration at the Olympic Delivery Authority (ODA). Alison is also a non-executive director of the Berkeley Group; a trustee of the UK Green Building Council; chair of the CBI’s Economic Growth Board; and a council member of Imperial College. She was awarded a CBE for services to urban regeneration in 2004.

Annie Hampson OBE
Chief Planning Officer & Development Director, The City of London

Annie leads a team of planners, designers, conservationists and archaeologists. Her department is responsible for managing and promoting development and safeguarding the historic environment. Its wide breadth of projects includes ground breaking wind modelling work, award-winning delivery of green roofs, cycling promotion, protecting London’s viewing corridors and increasing the offer of high level viewing galleries. Since Annie’s appointment the planning team has won several awards including Local Planning Authority of the Year and the prestigious Mayor’s Prize for Planning Excellence at the 2017 London Planning Awards.
